Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Please read this first:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card with a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the entire stay or payment in full for a one night stay.  Changes in reservations will be honored depending on availability and the opportunity to rent the room nights reserved to another guest. All deposits are non-refundable.

Once you have given your credit card information and we have the availability and the type of room requested, we will automatically charge your card and send you a confirmation for the reservation by email. Submission of your credit card information implies that you are agreeing to our reservation and cancellation policies and to paying the non-refundable deposit required.

The outstanding balance for nights reserved are due upon arrival at the hotel. Any payments made are non-refundable after arrival at the hotel. Other charges including food and beverage consumption, laundry, etc., are on a "pay in cash as you consume" basis.

Please take a moment to complete the inquiry form and verify that all information is correct especially your email address, then click the Send button. You will receive an automatic reply by email when we receive your request. We will send a confirmation email within 24 hours. Please include a fax number and an alternate email address if possible. Some internet servers such as sympatico.ca automatically reject emails from our server. If you do not receive an answer within 24 to 48 hours, please contact us by phone, fax, or with an alternative email address. Thank you!

We answer all inquiries based on current availability. We can only reserve a room for those who have submitted completed and correct payment information on our online reservation form. Thank you.
